Clinical Depression - Share Your Experiences By Writing About It

Recording our secrets, thoughts and feelings in a journal has often been seen as a therapy - allowing us to write them down, then remove them from our everyday thoughts. When we have recurring thoughts that keep us awake at night, we are often told to write them down when we wake the first time, so our subconscious recognizes that we have dealt with them.We All Feel Sad SometimesFew of us could say that we have never felt ‘down’ or ‘despondent’ at some time in our lives.
