Choose A Good Sciatica Treatment

Sciatica is a condition that is associated with acute pain radiating along the track of the sciatic nerve in the body. The sciatic nerve is located in the legs of the human beings and it is the largest and the longest nerve in the human body. The thickness of the sciatic nerve is about your one finger in the lower spine. From the lower spine, the sciatic nerve travels from the lower back to the hips and the buttocks and then downwards towards your legs. Tapping Into EFT

Emotional Freedom Techniques - or EFT - is gaining popularity and credibility as an effective means of treating pain, diseases and emotional issues. For those who are not familiar, EFT is very similar to acupuncture 0 without the needles.
EFT targets the end-points of meridian channels; these are known as the EFT tapping points. The Chinese discovered the body0s energy system and the role played by main meridian points more than 5,000 years ago.
